Responsible for project management, construction administration. Lead designer for foundation, post-tensioned reinforced concrete, structural steel, column, and shear wall design. Revolutionized 100 ksi steel for seismic confinement firstly used in North America. Developed dual system and large cantilever balconies. Received ACEC 2010 Structural Systems National finalist Gold Award.

A 683,000-sf mixed-use residential development, one 16 stories and the other 25 stories, over four podium levels of private parking and retail space.

A 1,271,000-MTA aromatics plant utilized by UOP and IFP process, owned by the largest chemicals & fibre company in Taiwan.
Designed steel structures and various foundations to support more than 800 tons multi-equipments. Responsible for seismic analysis and oil tank foundation design.
Olefins Plant, Taiwan (2003~2005)
A 1,200,000-MTA olefins plant utilized by ABB Lummus process, owned by the largest petrochemical company in Taiwan.
Implemented wind and seismic analysis. Designed a 210-meter-long pipe rack steel structure. Responsible for structural steel design to support various refinery equipments. Incorporated construction cost analysis and material takeoff.
The CUP Project, Thailand (2003~2005)
Central Utility Project owned by local PTTUT company in Thailand.
Responsible for multiple foundation design for vertical vessels, horizontal vessels, pipe stanchions, pipe supports and pumps. Designed footings and mat foundations for boilers and stacks to meet the requirement of local codes. The design work was delivered on time and on schedule.
Shanghai PTA Plant, China (2003~2005)
A world-scale British Petroleum (BP) Lucite International Chemical Industry MMA Project located in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park.
Implemented Chinese codes to design various combined footings and tie beams for equipment structures. Reviewed structural steel design to meet the deadlines and budget.

A building information platform combined with in-house 3D modeling system.
